A repair quotation (free) will be faxed to you in around 48h with reception of your parcel in our workshops.
Repair will be undertaken only after reception of your agreement.
All the prices are indicated for a service of repair on system to the standard manufacturer.
All services of repairs non in conformity with the standard manufacturer will be the object of a complementary quotation.

Our means of test and benches tests allow us to guarantee 6 months our services parts and labour return in our workshops except when :
There is attempt at breakdown service made by the customer or a third
Labels affixed by our care are deteriorated or missing
The customer satisfied step has its obligations of payment
At the time of a breaking or of a loss during transport
In the case of bad connection, bad use, of non respect of the limited characteristics of the system and for any different configuration from the first breakdown service.
Times :
The average repair time is around 3 weeks.
For EMERGENCIES, We can work under 48 hours (with acceptance of your system) with an increase of 20% (minimum of 100€ of increase).

In the case of no agreement of the quotation, or if the delivered system is not in conformity with the standard manufacturer, the system will be send back against payment by bank transfer of the transport cost, UPS tariff one way, whatever the selected service.

If the transport is not paid in the 4 weeks following our opinion we will freely have system
Conditions of payment :
The payment will be done by SWIFT bank transfer, before re-expedition of your repaired system.
